Parks and Recreation Partnered programs are run by us and registered through Corvallis Parks and Rec.   

COF is a non profit 'arm' of Coyle Outside and exists to expand and further Outdoor based experiential 'education' in our part of Oregon.  This vision underlies all offerings, from what we provide for Toddlers, to Youth and Adults.  Maybe you can help us distinguish this part of OR as a place where Outdoor Experiential programming is a change-maker? 

COF benefits from the sponsorship of Coyle Outside and its team of instructors who regularly import program ideas and improvements from ambitious Summer and Outdoor School programs occurring away from our community. This creates for COF a 'Silk Road' of innovation and improvement for our local programs.

We are endeavoring to see this type of education become mainstream and fundamental.  We are sponsors of and highly aligned with the LetGrow.org (take a look!)  Our vision includes:

• Youth Outdoor Based Education that is a viable alternative and complement to conventional education.

• Programs for small children that act as "Child-life Preserves" protecting and enabling a rich childhood

• Adult programs that inspire creativity, dialogue and a place to develop our local culture
